Mixed Berry-Cherry Smoothie

Perfect for a sunny day--this smoothie is full of bananas and mixed berries. A fantastic berry energizer is the perfect mid day snack to keep you refreshed and revitalized.

Ingredients

    • 1 cup frozen blackberries
    • 1 cup frozen cherries
    • 2 frozen bananas
    • 1 scoop NutraLeaf® French Vanilla Protein
    • 1 tbsp hemp seeds
    • 1/3 cup coconut water
    • Berries of choice


Instructions

    1. Place all ingredients in a high-speed blender. Puree until smooth, add more coconut water if necessary. 
    2. Top with berries of choice.
