Chia Seed Peanut Butter Protein Cookies

Makes 18 small cookies OR 9 large cookies


Ingredients

2 scoops NutraLeaf® French Vanilla Protein Powder 

5 TBSP smooth (natural) Peanut Butter 

2 flax meal eggs (2 TBSP flax meal w/ 3 TBSP water)

1/2 small ripe banana 

4 TBSP Oat Flour 

1 TBSP Chia Seeds 

3 TBSP Vegan Chocolate Chips 

1/4 TSP baking soda 

2 TBSP Almond milk 

1/4 TSP Cinnamon 

1/4 TSP Nutmeg


Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 300F. Make flax egg & set aside. 

2. In a small bowl combine peanut butter, almond milk, banana, & flax egg. 

3. In a different bowl, combine all dry ingredients except chocolate chips. 

 4. Combine wet into dry ingredients then add chocolate chips. 

 5. For small cookies, use a melon baller or TBSP scoop to measure dough, roll into a small ball, and set on a cookie sheet leaving 1” on each side. For large cookies use 2TBSP of dough. 

 6. Using a large fork, lightly press down to flatten the cookie. 

 7. Bake for 15 minutes. 


 Side Notes: swap chocolate chips for cacao nibs, White chocolate, nuts, or dried fruit.-use 2 TBSP coconut flour for lower carbs.-sun peanut butter for walnut, cashew, or sunflower seed butter.   


Simple Breakfast Shake

Ingredients

1 banana frozen 

1 scoop NutraLeaf® Protein & Superfoods (Dark Chocolate OR French Vanilla)

1 scoop low fat powdered peanut butter (such as PB Fit®)

1 cup unsweetened almond milk

1 tablespoon chia seeds

1 tablespoon flax seeds

3-4 ice cubes


Instructions

1. Add all ingredients into blender and blend until mixture is smooth.

2. Pour into glass and enjoy!


Protein Acai Bowl

Servings: 1 bowl 


Ingredients

½ banana frozen 

½ scoop NutraLeaf® French Vanilla Protein & Superfoods 

 1 (100g) packet of frozen açaí berry blend 

1 cup of frozen mixed berries (raspberry, blueberries, blackberries, strawberries) 

½ cup coconut water or unsweetened nut milk of choice 

Topping options: Fresh berries, sliced banana, granola, hemp seeds, chia seeds, goji berries, raw cacao nibs, dried coconut flakes, bee pollen, almond butter drizzle


Instructions

1. Break up açaí berry packet in a couple of places before you throw it into a blender 

2. Place frozen banana, frozen mixed berries, NutraLeaf® French Vanilla Protein & Superfoods, and coconut water or nut milk in a blender

3. Blend until thoroughly combined and smooth 

4. Pour mixture into a bowl

5. Garnish as you wish and serve!


Apple Spinach Protein Smoothie

Ingredients
1 apple 
1 tablespoon almond butter 
1 serving NutraLeaf® French Vanilla Protein & Superfood
3 cups spinach 
1 cup unsweetened almond milk 
5 ice cubes 

Directions
1. Blend all ingredients except spinach.
2. Add spinach in and blend until the mixture is smooth.
3. Enjoy! 


Blueberry Oatmeal Protein Smoothie

Ingredients
1 cup blueberries 

1/2 cup soaked oats 

1 serving NutraLeaf® French Vanilla Protein & Superfoods 

1 cup unsweetened almond milk 

1 tablespoon almond butter 

2 tablespoons ground chia seeds 

5 ice cubes


Directions
1. Soak 1/2 cup oats in 1/2 cup of water for 5 minutes before preparing smoothie. 

2. Blend soaked oats, blueberries, almond butter and almond milk until combined. 

3. Add ice, protein and chia seeds and continue blending until the mixture is smooth. 

4. Enjoy!
