Simple Breakfast Shake

Ingredients

1 banana frozen 

1 scoop NutraLeaf® Protein & Superfoods (Dark Chocolate OR French Vanilla)

1 scoop low fat powdered peanut butter (such as PB Fit®)

1 cup unsweetened almond milk

1 tablespoon chia seeds

1 tablespoon flax seeds

3-4 ice cubes


Instructions

1. Add all ingredients into blender and blend until mixture is smooth.

2. Pour into glass and enjoy!


Protein Acai Bowl

Servings: 1 bowl 


Ingredients

½ banana frozen 

½ scoop NutraLeaf® French Vanilla Protein & Superfoods 

 1 (100g) packet of frozen açaí berry blend 

1 cup of frozen mixed berries (raspberry, blueberries, blackberries, strawberries) 

½ cup coconut water or unsweetened nut milk of choice 

Topping options: Fresh berries, sliced banana, granola, hemp seeds, chia seeds, goji berries, raw cacao nibs, dried coconut flakes, bee pollen, almond butter drizzle


Instructions

1. Break up açaí berry packet in a couple of places before you throw it into a blender 

2. Place frozen banana, frozen mixed berries, NutraLeaf® French Vanilla Protein & Superfoods, and coconut water or nut milk in a blender

3. Blend until thoroughly combined and smooth 

4. Pour mixture into a bowl

5. Garnish as you wish and serve!


Apple Spinach Protein Smoothie

Ingredients
1 apple 
1 tablespoon almond butter 
1 serving NutraLeaf® French Vanilla Protein & Superfood
3 cups spinach 
1 cup unsweetened almond milk 
5 ice cubes 

Directions
1. Blend all ingredients except spinach.
2. Add spinach in and blend until the mixture is smooth.
3. Enjoy! 


Blueberry Oatmeal Protein Smoothie

Ingredients
1 cup blueberries 

1/2 cup soaked oats 

1 serving NutraLeaf® French Vanilla Protein & Superfoods 

1 cup unsweetened almond milk 

1 tablespoon almond butter 

2 tablespoons ground chia seeds 

5 ice cubes


Directions
1. Soak 1/2 cup oats in 1/2 cup of water for 5 minutes before preparing smoothie. 

2. Blend soaked oats, blueberries, almond butter and almond milk until combined. 

3. Add ice, protein and chia seeds and continue blending until the mixture is smooth. 

4. Enjoy!
