All orders placed on www.NutraLeaf.com are shipped via United States Postal Service or Fedex. We aim to ship all orders either the same day they are placed or the next day. Once your order is shipped out you will receive an email from us with the tracking information.

You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a refund you must provide proof of purchase.

All refunds issued will be in the amount of the product cost only. Shipping and handling costs or any additional surcharges for shipping are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. If you choose to return your order for an exchange, new shipping and handling charges will be applied to your second order as applicable. Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your exchange after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card, debit card or PayPal. You will receive the credit within 3-5 days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning or exchange your item. Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of original shipping and handling will be deducted from your refund.
