Blueberry Smoothie
A fantastic blend of blueberries, bananas, and protein, this bowl is loaded with nutrients, antioxidants, and protein. Who wouldn’t loove a bowl like this? A great morning meal or mid day munch...Also the perfect post workout snack!
Ingredients
- 2 cups frozen blueberries
- 2 frozen bananas
- 1 scoop NutraLeaf® French Vanilla Protein
- 1 tsp purple fruit powder (optional)
- generous splash of coconut water
Instructions
- Place all ingredients in a high-speed blender. Puree until smooth, add more coconut water if necessary.
- Transfer to a bowl and top with banana slices, coconut flakes, and berries.
