Blueberry Smoothie

A fantastic blend of blueberries, bananas, and protein, this bowl is loaded with nutrients, antioxidants, and protein. Who wouldn’t loove a bowl like this? A great morning meal or mid day munch...Also the perfect post workout snack!

Ingredients

    • 2 cups frozen blueberries
    • 2 frozen bananas
    • 1 scoop NutraLeaf® French Vanilla Protein
    • 1 tsp purple fruit powder (optional)
    • generous splash of coconut water

Instructions

    1. Place all ingredients in a high-speed blender. Puree until smooth, add more coconut water if necessary. 
    2. Transfer to a bowl and top with banana slices, coconut flakes, and berries.
