Sticky Peanut Butter Oatmeal

Here we have a delicious old-fashioned oatmeal preparation--with sticky peanut butter and sweet maple syrup. Includes an abundance of protein to fuel your morning!

Ingredients

    • 1 ½ cup soy milk 
    • 3/4 cup old-fashioned rolled oats
    • 2 tsp flax seeds
    • 1 pinch of salt
    • 1 scoop NutraLeaf® Cookie Protein Powder
    • 1 heaped tbsp peanut butter
    • Drizzle of date syrup
    • Fruits of choice


Instructions

    1. Place soy milk, rolled oats, flax seeds, peanut butter, a pinch of salt, and Cookie Protein Powder in a heavy pot and simmer until most of the liquid is absorbed. Stir every once in a while. 
    2. Add more liquid, if necessary. 
    3. Transfer to a bowl and top with your favorite fruits and a drizzle of date syrup.
