Sticky Peanut Butter Oatmeal
Here we have a delicious old-fashioned oatmeal preparation--with sticky peanut butter and sweet maple syrup. Includes an abundance of protein to fuel your morning!
- 1 ½ cup soy milk
- 3/4 cup old-fashioned rolled oats
- 2 tsp flax seeds
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 scoop NutraLeaf® Cookie Protein Powder
- 1 heaped tbsp peanut butter
- Drizzle of date syrup
- Fruits of choice
- Place soy milk, rolled oats, flax seeds, peanut butter, a pinch of salt, and Cookie Protein Powder in a heavy pot and simmer until most of the liquid is absorbed. Stir every once in a while.
- Add more liquid, if necessary.
- Transfer to a bowl and top with your favorite fruits and a drizzle of date syrup.
