Pure Green Breakfast Bowl
Green breakfasts don't just come from Dr. Suess books! This beautiful vegan plant powered bowl is made with avo and matcha! Unique, however truly yummy and nutritious. Enjoy!
- 1 ½ cups plant-based yogurt
- 1 perfectly ripe avocado, chilled in the freezer for an hour
- 1 heaped tsp barley grass
- 1 level tsp matcha
- 1 scoop NutraLeaf® French Vanilla Protein
- Maple syrup drizzle
- Place all ingredients in a high-speed blender. Puree until smooth and sweeten to taste.
- Top with sliced bananas, coconut flakes, and raspberries.
